you decide to buy a property among Nirvana

to settle all necessary formalities and paperwork.
When the sale process of your chosen property
starts, our property consultant will assist you from
the first step of committing the purchase agreement,
until the registration of Free Hold title deed (Tapu)
If you are Turkish
Citizens real estate transaction normally completed
within maximum 2-3 working days at Land Registry
Office. If you are non citizens, certain formalities
and official approvals will be required.
Therefore it is
essential that you should co-operate either with
Nirvana Consulting Agent or with a Local Lawyer or
Solicitor Office to complete the buying formalities
smoothly and comfortably without hassle.
The purchasing
progress can be summarized as follows;
To commit contract between buyer and
seller
To pay deposit payment to secure the
purchase
To receive tax number
To open a bank account
To receive residential permission (
for some nationalities )
To prepare all papers for the real
estate transaction
To apply the land registry office (
Tapu )
After issuing
title deed following list to be fulfilled;
Declaration of the
property at municipal office
Getting utilities
(Water & Electric Meter) changed in buyer’s name
Connecting
Telephone & ADSL in buyer’s name
The above listed
issues are to be completed either by buyer himself
or by Nirvana consulting agent on behalf of buyer.
In case the buyer prefers to use Nirvana consulting
agent, a power of attorney issued by the Notary
Public will be required. In this attorney, the buyer
simply authorizes the consultant, to follow and
fulfill all purchase procedures and formalities
until the Title Deed (Tapu) is registered on buyers
name. The power of attorney may also include after
sale formalities, declarations, annual taxations,
and utilities to be connected.
