Our standard services for each rental villas; cleaning at check in, bed linens, bath towels, all kitchen equipment, free Wi-Fi, smart TV, air-conditioners, garden keeping, pool maintenance, garbage pickup, 24 hours security.
ARRIVAL TO RENTAL VILLAS
Check in time to our villa is after 14:00 h. Once you enter, our personnel assist you and deliver the key on your arrival. If you arrive later than working hours, we shall arrange self-check in for you with all the instructions. You will find villa entirely cleaned and checked, with all devices functioning properly. The location map, wi-fi code, the instruction for opening the entrance and sliding doors, necessary phone numbers, will be provided in advance before the arrival. It is obligatory to provide all traveller’s passports and ID cards during check in. The deposit will be charged before check-in to cover any possible damage.
DEPARTURE FROM RENTAL VILLAS
Check out time is latest 11:00 h. As our villas will be prepared and cleaned for next arriving guests, the clients should leave the house and return the key at 11:00 h to our personnel on their departure day. The villa will be inspected by our personnel once the key is delivered. The management reserves the right to charge any damage or loss items in the villa from the clients. Early Check in or Late Check out is possible in case of availability and re-confirmation by the management with additional charge.
TRANSPORTATION
Nirvana Vacation Villas is situated in a quite premiss of Belek town which is 2 km away from the town centre. Many of our individual spirit quests use rental cars to explore the beautiful environment. Therefore, car rental is recommended to our clients for their comfort as it will be necessary for market shopping, access to beach and sightseeing. It is also possible to use taxi service which will take 5-10 minutes time to reach the complex. Airport transportation and local taxi service available on request.
