Holiday villas in Antalya are available for rent all year long. All terms and conditions are simplified and listed below to clarify the rights and obligations of our esteemed clients who are interested in renting villas in Antalya.

Nirvana Belek Villas are rented on self-catering basis. All foods, drinks and household needs should be provided by the clients. Depending on your arrival time to rental villa, we advise our guests to call at the nearest supermarket for shopping which they may need during their stay. Although we provide limited toiletries, hand washing soap, we kindly suggest the tenants to bring their own personal care and hygiene items with them.

Accommodation Capacity

Our villas are designed to accommodate maximum 8 persons. The number of total travellers (adults and children) staying at our vacation villas must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated. There is no age limit to stay in our vacation villas. Additional baby cot can be provided according to availability.

Reservation & Payment

Once you decide to book your holiday villa, we shall provide the methods of payment immediately for your personal use. The details such as down payment, deposit and rest payment will be given to you privately. You are required to make down payment to make your reservation confirmed. The deposit payment will be received upon arrival.

Free Cancellation

If you change your plans and you want to cancel and/or change villa reservation, free cancellation is available 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Silent Hours

Nirvana Belek Villas have their own pool in the private garden. The clients may enjoy their leisure in their privacy as much as they like. However, baring in mind that, the neighbour dwellers may bee disturbed with high volume of music and loud conversations, the clients should obey the rule of silent hours between 23:00 – 10:00 h.

Maintenance

Company representative or technician if necessary, may access the external areas of the villa (garden, swimming pool, etc.) for essential maintenance purposes. Our swimming pools operate between 01 April – 31 October. All pools maintenance with chemicals and cared periodically by our technicians. Please allow the technicians to visit pool side to provide their services.

Smoking

Smoking inside the houses is prohibited. Garden, pool area, terrace and balconies are designated areas for smokers and equipped with ashtray.

Responsibility

Nirvana Holiday Villas declares that all information and specification given in this page are accurate and true. Nirvana Holiday is not responsible for illness, any physical injuries to the guests and their visitors during their stay at the property. It is, therefore, highly recommended that the guests should purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to their trip.
In case there will be failure and technical problem occurred by using the devices and household items, the guest should immediately inform the management without any delay to prevent further hazards. The guest is obliged to give Nirvana technical service the necessary time to solve the problem. Failure to do so, no complaint presented upon the return of the holiday will be taken into consideration, nor will give rise to any indemnity. No request for indemnity presented on the day of departure or thereafter will be taken into consideration.

Nirvana Holiday Villas does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, or additional expenses incurred by the guests or any member of the guests’ party, regardless of the cause.
